Traditional Yog is a practice to lead you into a yogic way of life – to help cleanse the body, mind and soul of the accumulated impurities. It has been made simple to understand how you can benefit by learning and following authentic yogic practices and incorporating them in your daily life. You will immediately perceive the difference in your decreased levels of stress, niggles and aches and an upsurge in your positive energy.

 

Today we relate to Yog only through asanas and meditation. The original and complete form of Yog has been diluted and perceived to be a lifestyle for a sanyasi (one who has renounced the world).

 

Traditional Yog was started in September 2006 with the aim of presenting Yog in its original and comprehensive (samagra) form, but adaptable for today’s lifestyle. We organise residential programs for adults and children to educate and guide them to live the principles of Yog in their everyday lives.

 

The basis of our programs is Indian Vedic philosophy that teaches you the art of understanding and living with yourself. They are structured to make you the master of the known- the physical, mental and emotional self. Once the known is conquered, you will find yourself naturally guided into the unknown realm of spirituality.
