REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
- Fees are non-refundable. Under no circumstances can fees be refunded or transferred.
- The participant is free to leave the event at any time. In this eventuality there will not be any refund and readmission.
- We will not refund any deposit IF delays, changes or losses caused by acts of God, war, and the threat of war, closure of airports or rail/bus stations, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents or any other events beyond our control. This includes injuries, illnesses etc.
- Organizer reserve the right to expel from the event any participant who consistently disobeys the instructions and create nuances for the other. In this case, there won’t be any refund for the remaining days
