Terms & Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions on our website www.pranavurja.org thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a participant of MahaYoga-DhyanMahotsav you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on our website. 

1. Payment must be made upon booking to secure your seat. The registration amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. This event does not admit participants below the age of 14.
3. You may enquire about the room and other facilities before booking, once booked, we may not be able to change it.
4. Transportation is not included in the package, if needed, references of local transporters could be given.
5. You agree that you are maintaining good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes.
6. It is the responsibility of the participant to notify organizers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice. Organizers cannot be held responsible for any medical issues arising during the event.
7. Every effort is made to maintain the schedule. However, it is subject to change without prior notice if the situation demands so e.g. if a guest speaker doesn’t show up. The organizers are not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason.
8. Please check in at reception on arrival to receive your ID Card and Welcome Kit. You need to wear your ID all the time.
9. You are discouraged to carry any valuables at the venue. The event organizers are not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
10. To maintain the sanctity of the event, use of mobile phones, late entry and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
11. In attending MahaYog-Dhyan Mahotsav, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against the organizers for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
12. By booking into the event, you automatically agree to the above terms and conditions.
